Technology Services is rolling out the Elastic Agent service across PC and Mac devices within the Division of Student Affairs. The deployment will occur in scheduled phases by department, with no disruption to users and no action required once installed.

Howdy!
We will be deploying an installation of an elastic agent service to PC and Mac devices throughout DSA. Below is the schedule of when each department will receive their update. Please note that you will be able to work on your device without any interruption and that once the installation is complete, the elastic agent service will simply run in the background. No action will be required of the end users of these devices.
