If you would like to check out equipment, you may do so here. Please be aware of the Texas Executive Order GA-48 if you intend to travel. If you need help with creating an account or making reservations, please see the documents below.

We kindly ask that you only create an account if you anticipate needing to check out items from us. While the number of users our system can accommodate should more than meet our needs based on the number of people who use this service, it will not accommodate everyone in the division.
Please note that our checkout service is only available to employees within the Division of Student Affairs and student organizations sponsored by the Division of Student Affairs for official university business or engagements.
